Member Guide

This No. 303 Member Guide is designed to help members make the most of the club today
while providing a window into what's ahead.

All membership agreements and rates have automatically transitioned to No. 303. Members will continue to enjoy the same membership benefits, and existing membership rates are being honored. Any specific questions regarding your membership should be directed to membership@the303.club for more information.

We are committed to keeping members informed throughout the transition. While we rebuild and enhance our member app, members can expect regular updates via email, typically two to three communications per week.

Membership charges may continue to appear as "Common House" while payment processing systems are updated. This is expected during the transition period, and all charges are being processed on behalf of No. 303.

Members currently enrolled in ACH payments will need to reenter their banking information as part of our system transition. A secure enrollment link and instructions will be sent shortly. If you do not see the email, please check your spam or junk folder, as some email providers may filter automated messages.

Our new member portal and app are currently under construction and will launch in phases over the coming months. In the meantime, email will serve as our primary form of communication, so keep an eye on your inbox for club updates, programming announcements, and RSVP opportunities.

We’re excited to be back to our regular rhythm of programming — alongside a few lively seasonal gatherings, including our Summer Kick-Off BBQ and upcoming Pride Month events.
A full programming calendar and RSVP links will be shared via email beginning of each week. Once the new app is complete, all events and reservations will once again live within your member portal

While outside food and beverage is not permitted, our kitchen and bar teams are here and ready to welcome you throughout the week. You’re welcome to enjoy our All Day menu from any open bar, via QR ordering, or by joining us in the restaurant.

Lunch: Monday–Friday | 11am–3pm
Dinner: Wednesday-Saturday | 5pm–9pm
Brunch: Saturday | 10am–3pm
Featuring our Saturday Brunch Buffet each weekend.
As we implement our new technology systems, we are temporarily unable to accept cards on file for food and beverage purchases. For now, we kindly ask that all checks be settled before departing.

To reserve a space, please connect with Concierge directly or email concierge@the303.club.
Available spaces include:
• Call Rooms — complimentary for up to 90 minutes
• Meeting Rooms — $10/hour
• Conference Rooms — $25/hour
We also ask that the podcast studio and theater room remain reserved for their intended uses so all members may enjoy these spaces as designed.

No changes to parking at this time. June parking passes and updated door codes will be sent via email shortly.

While the Sonato experience will look a bit different moving forward, we’d still love to help coordinate visits to other social clubs during your travels. Our Concierge team is happy to assist with recommendations and introductions for upcoming trips. Please reach out concierge@the303.club.

House Rules

Membership fees are due the first of each month, and any outstanding balances may result in termination of your membership and the involvement of a collections agency. No. 303 Richmond has the ability to increase membership pricing at any point but will provide a 30 day notification to members.

Please reach out to membership@the303.club for cancellation inquiries. Annual Memberships: Memberships are annual commitments and are in eDect for one year from the EDective Date and are automatically renewed for the upcoming year unless Member notifies the Club’s Membership Manager, not less than thirty (30) days prior to the anniversary date of their renewal date. If Member fails to give the written notice of its intent not to renew, then Member shall remain fully liable pursuant to the Agreement for the Membership Dues associated with the applicable Renewal Term. Decisions regarding early termination or suspension of Membership will be determined by No. 303, in its sole and absolute discretion. Monthly Memberships: For members with a month-to-month plan, a 30 day cancellation notice must be provided by email to the Membership Team and the member is required to fill out a cancellation survey to finalize that cancellation. For example, if the member requests to cancel on October 15th, they will still be charged for November 1st billing and will continue to have access to the club until the end of November. They would not be charged for December 1st billing.

If an individual requests to rejoin the House within 12 months of cancelling their original membership, they can do-so by either paying back the monthly dues missed while away or repaying the initiation fee, whichever is the lesser amount.

No. 303 Richmond does not issue refunds on dues or initiation fees after you submit your membership application. Unless there was a mistake with your billing, refunds are not issued if members do not utilize the House in any matter.

Members can bring up to three guests into the club at one time. We require reservations ahead of time for parties of more than four and groups larger than 12 should contact events@the303.club Guests cannot check-in without the member, and must be accompanied by a member at all times and agree to all member rules and regulations upon signing in at the front desk. We are a 21+ club, except on Saturdays until 5pm.

From time to time, areas of the House may be reserved for private dining or events. We will ensure you are notified of any schedule changes or closures via the member portal. Members receive discounts for private event room rentals, but you must be an active member at the time of the event for the discount to still apply.

We do not allow outside food or beverages. Our full-service menu and craft cocktails can be had anywhere within the House. If you have any dietary restrictions, please let us know as we’d be happy to accommodate those. Outstanding food and beverage bills will be captured by any means necessary, and outstanding balances could lead to suspension of membership, fees, interest, and/or collection agency involvement until settled.

Please leave podcast room, mother’s room and theater room for the intended use, and not for private calls and meetings. This takes away from member who want to use it for the intended use.

No pets allowed. Trained service animals only are allowed in the House following state laws.

Firearms, drugs, tobacco, cigarettes, cigars, and vaporizers are strictly prohibited at the House, including exterior areas.

Members are required to abide by the unwritten rules of courtesy, dignity, and good conduct. Every member is responsible for the actions and behavior of their guests. A complaint against any member or guest alleging an infraction of the House Rules or conduct should be submitted to our membership team. No. 303 Richmond follows a onewarning policy and has the right to refuse service and terminate membership at any time without refunds on paid dues. The following instances would not fall under the one-warning policy and would be subject to immediate termination of membership: Harassment + Discrimination + Unwanted physical contact.

Use of No. 303 Richmond’s identity is not allowed without written permission. Photoshoots require prior approval (email Concierge to inquire). By agreeing to the membership terms during the application process, you acknowledge and consent that images or videos taken by our team may be used for promotional or marketing purposes without further approval.

Please no running, jumping, diving, or glass. Because no lifeguard will be on duty, please be mindful of safe swimming practices. Those under 21 are not allowed in the pool outside of special programming events. BYOT (Bring Your Own Towel).

Members and guests are responsible for their personal property. Lost and found items can be retrieved from Concierge (found items unclaimed for three months will be donated to charity).

The designated member parking areas are provided for your convenience; however, parking is at your own risk. No. 303 Richmond disclaims any liability for theft, damage, parking violations, or towing. Overnight parking is not permitted in either area. Out-of-Town.

Out-of-town membership is reserved for individuals whose primary residence is located more than 50 miles from the club. This designation is intended to accommodate members who travel to the area periodically and are not local to the community. Members must apply to and maintain membership at the club location closest to their permanent residence. Proof of primary residence may be required at the time of application and periodically thereafter to maintain eligibility.

Three or more members with the same company can qualify for a Corporate Membership rate. The annual agreement and payment terms still apply regardless if membership holder personnel at the company change.
